Refund Policy

Royal Himalaya Shilajit

At Royal Himalaya Shilajit, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All original components, labels, and seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • The order must be marked as delivered (not lost or in transit)

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • All returns are subject to review and approval

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation if we are contacted within 5 hours of order placement.
After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

We offer a one-time complimentary exchange on eligible full-price purchases.
Once an exchange is completed, the order becomes non-refundable.

Promotional or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photographic proof.

If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
Damage caused during use or mishandling is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Opened or used consumable products
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
